These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase, booking and handover of any apartment, plot or commercial space developed by Starline Builders Ltd.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, submitting any form or booking a unit with Starline Builders Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any allotment or sales agreement signed between you and the company.

02.Booking & Allotment

A booking is confirmed only after the booking money is received and an allotment letter is issued by the company.
All booking amounts must be paid by cheque, bank transfer or other traceable channels in the company's name.
Allotment is subject to availability at the time of payment confirmation.

03.Payment Schedule

Instalments must be paid on or before the dates stated in the payment schedule.
Delayed payments may attract a late fee as stated in the sales agreement.
Utility, registration, connection and government fees are payable by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

04.Construction, Design & Handover

The company may make minor changes to layout, materials or specifications where required by the approving authority, structural safety or material availability. Handover dates are estimates and may shift due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or material shortages.

05.Cancellation & Refund

A buyer may cancel a booking by giving written notice to the company.
Refunds are processed after deduction of the cancellation charge stated in the agreement.
Refunds are normally settled within 60 working days of approval.

06.Property Information & Marketing Material

Images, renders, floor plans, prices and area figures shown on this website are indicative and for illustration only. The final measurements and specifications are those stated in the signed agreement and approved drawings.

07.Website Use

All content, logos and images on this website are the property of Starline Builders Ltd.
Content may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree to submit accurate information through our contact, booking and registration forms.

08.Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall first be settled through mutual discussion, and failing that, through the competent courts of Dhaka.
